The near future –
One
evening, while cruising the seedier regions of the World Wide Web, a
lonely programming genius finds that his hard drive has been invaded
by an swarm of sentient computer viruses. These mutated malware,
having been created by cyber-terrorists, are now fleeing from a
counter-attack by computer experts, and are looking for a
computer on which to lie low and devise a devastating comeback.

Comments:
Good
symbolisation of the various virus and anti-virus sprites. In my
opinion the
chick could be a bit hotter though, I think in reality I'd just cancel
the
download. But if this game was how you actually eradicated computer
viruses i'd
probably read every spammed e-mail. - Carl
With
a little tweaking of the difficulty levels this would be very good -
Merman
This
game looks like a simple arena shooter, but it isn't! It surprised me a
lot, and
the only downsides are the difficulty of some parts and the "hentai"
content :D.
Thumbs up! - Gaetano
Although this game
has some rather strange sprite design (postal envelopes?), I
do love the creative use of removing tiles each level to review a
rather saucy
picture. - Joshua
If this game had more levels and newer pictures per level, the game turned out quite original, in the Smash TV/Transputer Man mould and game play is pretty okay as well. Well done for making 3rd place Anthony - Richard/TND

Comments:
Looks like a missile command tribute, though
what's supposed to be
radiation emitted from the projectiles you miss could have been done
better and
clearer, hard to tell what kills you sometimes. - Carl
Nice attempt, but not one I will
go back to much - Merman
Clever
implementation; this game uses a lot of tricks, it looks like a single
screen
game but it uses the horizontal scrolling instead (even if the towers
seem to be
still on the ground). Unfortunately, playability is not very good,
mainly
because of the many slowdowns. - Gaetano
Although this is
a very clever use of SUECK's still screen feature, I found the game to
be merely
a dodge and shoot game. Innovative with its creative use of limited
resources,
but naff gameplay. - Joshua
Missile Madness
looks too basic, but the concept of the game was a very interesting
idea. Would have looked much nicer with newer graphics because at times
various sprites can be really difficult to see - Richard/TND
On an alternate world, where myth and reality collide …
The peaceful nation
of Malexheim has
been invaded by the monstrous legions of Hel, goddess of death and
war. Though vastly outnumbered, the brave citizens raise an army to
repel this abominable incursion, and then to advance into the foul
region of Niflheim and strike at the very heart of Hel’s empire.
Good high-res
background map, and I like the idea of battalions,
reminds me of Risk one of my favourite board games. Also nice use of
(correct me
if I'm wrong, what could be my patented) player bullet technique:) -
Carl
A very clever
idea and good use of the hi-res mode - Merman
A
very original concept for a SEUCK game: Heroes of Midgard is a clever
mixture
between a shoot'em up and a strategic game. Top score! - Gaetano
Big points for
the hires scrolling map design screen, and the whole feeling of setting
out on a
mediaeval campaign. - Joshua
Entry #5 (6th Place)
Name of game: Escape
From The Annoying Chavs
Author: Joshua Green
Musician: Richard Bayliss
No of players: 1 player only
![]()
Instrucions:
It's a typical Friday evening and Richard's
tired out from a hard and stressful working day at the Toothpaste
factory, screwing on toothpaste caps on to the tubes of toothpaste.
After a tiresome day, Richard decides that it is time to go up to his
local pub, called the The Crooked Speccy. Unfortunately the streets are
not that safe, because poor old Rich has to face the troublesome youth,
who hang around the streets, throwing turds off the roof, throwing
glass bottles, and blaring out dreadful notes from their ghetto
blasters. It's time for you to take a some coconuts and throw them at
the ghetto blasters and the bottle throwing kids. (Don't try this at
home .... Seriously!)

Entry #6 (7th Place - DISQUALIFIED!)
Name of game: Deff-Ender
Author: Pav Loada (Richard / TND)
Musician: Pav Loda (Richard
/ TND)
No of players: 1 player only
![]()
Instrucions:
Defender meets SEUCK. Your mission is to pilot your aircraft through 4
zones, in which are infested by aliens. Your mission is to rescue the
humans, and battle against the aliens, by laser-blazing them into bits
and pieces, before they turn your aircraft into toast. (Yummy!)

Entry #7 (3rd Place)
Name of game: Action
Def
Author: Christian Siege
Musician: Richard Bayliss
No of players: 1 player only
![]()
Instrucions:
You are Action Def, a hero who has been sent on a secret mission. To
find the guards and whip them to their doom. The only trouble is that
Action Def has to face traps in which can be very lethal. Even the
flapping clothes can be lethal as well. This game requires good precise
timing and concentration, else you probably won't get very far :)
