Genre: Arcade - Breakout
Tape Loader: 202 Turbo

Break Out with a big difference. Instead of chipping away at a huge chunk of bricks, you only break tiny pieces. Try and smash all of the bricks to reach the very next level, but watch out because if you let a ball escape, a life is lost. Once all lives are lost, the game is over. The front end of this game consists of some very amusing music. Crazy game, probably good fun as well.

Amazon Tales - (2019 Edition)
Release date: 25 December 2019
Programming: Richard
Technical support: Achim Volkers
Graphics: Richard, Alf Yngve
Loading bitmap: Trevor (Smila) Storey
Music: Richard
Genre: Arcade - Shoot 'Em Up (Horizontal Scrolling)
Tape Loader: Thunderload (Ocean Freeload style) by Martin Piper and Richard Bayluss

You are Gemma, a highly trained vet, who is loved by a caring tribe. They have asked you to vaccinate a sick elephant. Unfortunately, the elephant was terrified, it stampeded out into the Amazon jungle. The tribe wasn't very pleased. They send you on a dangerous quest, which is to retrieve the sick elephant, who is at the riverside at the other side of the jungle. As you venture into the jungle, you will be faced a series of nasty surprises. Luckily the jungle is full of stones, and you can throw these at the nasties to knock them out. Unfortunately however, the jungle is a very dangerous place. Boulders, spears and traps are indestructible. Collect idols for invincibility for a short time. Also pick up chests for extra lives (Unless 9 lives have been reached). Can you retrieve the elephant back to the tribe, or will death be your fate?

This is the  full 100% version of Amazon Tales and it differs completely compared to the RGCD 16KB cartridge compo 2012.

Amazon Tales - 75% Version
Release date: 1 December 2012
Programming: Richard
Technical support: Achim Volkers
Graphics: Richard, Alf Yngve
Music: Richard
Genre: Arcade - Shoot 'Em Up (Horizontal Scrolling)
Tape Loader: Thunderload Series Six (Martin Piper)

The tribe is very annoyed with you. While you were going to vaccinate an elephant, you forgot to close the door on the enclosure. The elephant makes its way through to the heart of the Amazon jungle. Your mission is to recover the elephant, vaccinate it and bring it back to the hospital. During your travels, you will encounter various critters and jungle natives, armed with poisonous darts. Can you recover the elephant to avoid being thrown out of your tribe. Or will the jungle be too much for you?

Note, this is only the 75% finished version as there are elements in this game missing, such as additional enemy behaviour, collectables, high-score table, etc. This was ,ainly because I originally wrote it for the 2012 RGCD 16KB Game cartridge and submitted it to the compo, but didn't have enough time to finish it. Mainly because it was worth the effort of a respective release.

A full 100% version of my game will be released some time in 2013
