This is the third Space Invaders inspired game in the "Let's Invade" series - and the very last one in the series also. Unlike the previous two Let's Invade games, this game does not feature any trance music as such, or flashing voids. The music is more 80s disco style and the game is much easier to see (as requested by some of the audience). Each level is based on a different colour scrolling star field.

GAME INSTRUCTIONS

Aliens are threatening to invade the galaxy. We have sent a defence by the way of a space cannon to fight against the aliens. Using a joystick in port 2, (or emulating it), move your cannon at the bottom of the screen and fight against the deadly invaders. Be warned, if you blast one alien, the rest of the crew will get a bit annoyed and will attempt to invade the galaxy more quickly. The aliens movement also as not as it seems. Some aliens are stronger. The weaker aliens are in dark colours red, green and blue, medium aliens are in medium colours light red (or pink), light green and light blue. These will require 2 hits to kill. The lighter aliens are in yellow, white and cyal, will require three hits to kill. Shoot purple aliens for bonus points or mystery awards for yourself or the aliens. Shoot orange aliens to activate a random power up for yourself or the alien invaders. A level is complete when all aliens are destroyed. There are 40 levels in total and the game will get frantic. Can you save the galaxy from alien invasion? Good luck!

You are the lord of the crabs using a spacebar or the fire button. The object of this game is to launch your crab onto those pesky kids and nip their feet. If the crab misses their feet, it will end up into the sea, and will be lost. Points scored are based on the distance the crab has to travel. The further the distance, the more number of points it can score. The game is over when all of your crabs are lost.

Little Nippers Deluxe
Release date: 1st August 2022
Programming: Richard Bayliss
Graphics: Richard Bayliss, Hugues Poisseroux

Music/SFX: Richard Bayliss
Genre: Arcade - Single button challenge
Tape Loader: Tape Tool Build V1.0.0.7 by Martin Piper

This is a full extended version of Little Nippers. It features a presentation, hi score table, 5 different locations, according to skill level and music. Little Nippers DX is a single button shooting gallery type of game. It is a typical British summer. The previous day it was raining. Migrating red crabs enter the buckets left on the beach to sleep. The next day it was a glorious day, and the crabs are suddenly disturbed by naughty children. The crabs are not very happy and want their revenge.

You play the role of the Lord of the Crabs, who must fling crabs out of the bucket and ensure that they nip the running kids in their feet. If the crabs miss, they will end up into the deep end of the sea and will be lost. If they successfully nip a kid, points will be scored  and the crab will be spared. A set target number of kids must be nipped in order to complete a level. There are two bonus incentives. If you score 10,000 points, you can double the score by flinging out a jellyfish on your next move and sting the kids. This will only happen on your next move after scoring those points. The other bonus is when you nip enough kits. The crabs remaining gets added to your score.

The game is over when you lose all of your crabs (after they enter the deep water).
